Rebecca or Mama Ca, was from Font St.Jacques, but lived in Soufriere.
Apparently very fair skinned and spoke only French.

Individual Note: A Family Council document (vol 70A, 37220) states that on 5th August 1915 Lucinde and witnesses appeared before the Family Council to petition for the appointment of a tutor and subrogate tutor to the
minors, Philise, Maud, Edward, and Olive, following the death of their father Edward. Other witnesses included John Floissac, Frank Herbert Alcée and Fitz Gerald Louis Frederick Floissac. However the document is not complete and so we cannot tell who were appointed as tutors or who the other
witnesses may have been.
